Shipment
We only ship to countries that are part of the EEC
As soon as Goodtimegifts receives your order you will get an conformation email about payment, shipment etc.
All products are shipped insured. In the unlikely event that you receive goods which are damaged or defective, please, inform us by email or in writing at the address stated in the confirmation e-mail within 2 days of delivery of the goods.
Delivery time
Products that are in stock will be send to you within 1-2 workingdays after receiving your payment. When you pay by credit card this means that your order will be shipped the same or next day. For the products that are not in stock the delivery time is mentioned in the product info. This delivery time is an indication and depends on our supplier's delivery time.
In the seldom case that a product is not in stock at our supplier you will get an email with the expected delivery time. If the latter is too long for you, you can cancel the order without any charges. Your payment will be refunded as soon as possible.
Return shipment
If you decide for any reason that any product purchased from Goodtimegifts is not suitable for you, the product may be returned within 14 days of receipt in an unused state with the original packing. However we do ask that you pay for the return postage. If the product is faulty, you will receive a refund (see table below), though for return postage.
